North Dakota Money Follows the Person

MFP Housing Program
The Money Follows the Person (MFP) Housing Program helps people who are elderly or disabled to access decent, safe, and affordable housing. The MFP Housing Program team is tasked with finding decent, safe, affordable housing for persons who are MFP qualified and wish to transition out of institutions or nursing facilities and back into the community in the least restrictive setting possible. The MFP Housing Program staff includes a State Housing Facilitator (SHF) and four Consumer Housing Resource Specialists (CHRS) located in Minot, Grand Forks, Fargo, and Bismarck.
