Accessibility Statement

NDCPD’s Accessibility Statement

At the North Dakota Center for Persons with Disabilities (NDCPD), we make every effort to ensure that our digital and print materials are accessible and meet Section 508 requirements.

NDCPD is housed at Minot State University (MSU), and our employees are MSU employees. As such, NDCPD staff work closely with MSU’s accessibility staff and follow all MSU and North Dakota University System (NDUS) guidelines and protocols, including established accessibility standards. MSU’s accessibility information, including the University’s Accessibility Statement, can be found at the links below:

The NDCPD website was designed by Odney Advertising in 2020 and accessibility was part of that design. More recently, we have made significant updates to our website to comply with Section 508 and the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0, Levels A and AA, which are recognized standards for website accessibility. This website may link to other websites if they provide relevant information. We provide these links as a public service only. NDCPD does not control or guarantee the accessibility of the external organizations, services, advice, or products included in these website links.

Ensuring that our information is accessible is an ongoing process. If you encounter any issues or barriers on our website, please contact us directly so we can address the concern promptly. We ask that you provide your name, email address, the URL or name of the webpage you are having difficulty accessing, and a brief description of the issue.

Please submit the requested information by completing this online form and a team member will contact you as soon as possible with a solution.   We welcome all feedback! You may also reach us at ndcpd@minotstateu.edu or call us at 800-233-1737.
