Lyle has a special heart for individuals with disabilities who live in impoverished conditions. He maintains personal friendships with several tribal members who have hearing loss and helped care for a brother who experienced physical disabilities due to a traumatic injury. Lyle is committed to being an advocate and “voice” to help his people leverage resources for their economic and social benefit.
