Donna is the secretary for the Minot Infant Development Program, a program that serves the birth through age 2 population of children who have or are at risk for developmental delays. In addition, this program also works with parents who have cognitive limitations. Donna is the operator of the satellite system housed within the building of Memorial Hall on the MSU campus. The satellite is available for downlink broadcasts viewed by staff within NDCPD, departments on the campus of MSU, as well as off-campus organizations from the city of Minot and the state of North Dakota.
