Dawn Olson is a Consumer Liaison for the North Dakota Medicaid Infrastructure Grant (MIG). Dawn's primary responsibility is to conduct focus group meetings to identify employment barriers and service gaps as perceived by people with disabilities in the state of North Dakota. Dawn assists the project director to organize the North Dakota MIG Advisory Steering Committee Meetings and assists Independent Living Centers in preparing brochures and training packages required by North Dakota MIG. Dawn assists Independent Living Centers to identify and train advocates and people with disabilities for legislative action.
