Ms. Linda Madsen received her Bachelors and Masters degrees in Communication Disorders from Minot State University. At the North Dakota Center for Persons with Disabilities, Ms. Madsen provides interactive speech-language services to students in rural schools through the use of the Internet.

Prior to coming to the University, Ms. Madsen coordinated the Speech-Language Program for a community based service provider. Ms. Madsen has over 15 years experience in supporting people with disabilities.
