Kylene Kraft is the Project Assistant for the Real Choice Systems Change Grant – Rebalancing Initiative. She works closely with the Project Director and ND Department of Human Services, Aging Services Division regarding projects activities and meeting grant goals. Kylene has a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education and previous work experience serving the elderly and people with disabilities.
