Mr. Chad DeCoteau serves as the Business Operations Specialist for the Rural Health Network for Family Support. His primary responsibility is to work with stakeholders to create a sustainable network and a new non-profit organization. Prior to joining NDCPD, Mr. DeCoteau worked as the Director of the Entrepreneurship Center at Turtle Mountain Community College and an instructor of the Entrepreneurship courses. He also has experience as the Director of Management Information Services at Sky Dancer Hotel & Casino. 

Mr. DeCoteau graduated from Minot State University in 2000 with a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration – Management and a minor in Information Systems Management. He will receive his Masters in Business Administration from Gonzaga University in May 2009.
